Ordni is an Indian ethnic wear brand offering sarees, kurtas, suit sets, and related apparel, sold exclusively through our website, ordni.in.

3. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be placing the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices listed on ordni.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours, prints, and details accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen and lighting conditions during photography. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Placement and Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order; it does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods as displayed at checkout, along with Cash on Delivery where available. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details. In the rare event a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment reference so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, though our Returns policy below may apply.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India, with estimated delivery timelines communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items marked as final sale, or those that are customised/altered to order, are not eligible for return or exchange unless found to be defective.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

10. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to your bank or payment provider's own processing times.

All content on ordni.in, including but not limited to product images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Ordni and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority in India.
